Meet The Team

I am the proud owner and founder of ACS, and have built this women-run company and client base over the last 2 years. I started my cleaning career in a retirement home, followed by the Guelph General Hospital where I gained my knowledge of infection prevention and sanitization protocols. After 6 years of working in these positions, I made the decision to shift from hospitality to residential services. After working for a residential cleaning company for 1 year, using the knowledge and experience I had gained, I felt compelled to start my own business. I had a lot of ideas for how I would run the company in order to improve my services, and I wanted the freedom to make them a reality. After one year working as a solo cleaner, I took the daunting next step to expand my business. I could not have done it without my amazing team! I am so excited to see where we grow from here.

I am born and raised in Guelph. I'm a student studying architecture and have the perfect part time job cleaning with my family friend’s company, Amelia’s Cleaning Services. I enjoy cleaning kitchen and bathroom’s till they sparkle and leaving clients home to a state of perfection. I also always love when clients have pets to befriend on the job.

Amelia and I have been in each other's lives for 22 years. We've been alongside one another from childhood to adulthood, and have experienced it all together. With countless stories and memories in our past, I am so excited for what the future brings, especially the continuing growth of ACS. I have watched Amelia build her company from the ground up for the last 2 years, solely on her own. She has found her own clients, and has earned their trust and respect not only with her consistent, thorough service, but with her bright, kind and caring personality. All of her work has paid off, as she has come to a point of company expansion.

With multiple years of administrative experience and 10 years as a dance, music and arts educator - I have had the pleasure of helping Amelia expand ACS. I've helped to create her brand through the website and social media, and working behind the scenes as office administrator. It has been amazing to combine both my office experience and experience as an arts worker to create and build this company. I am so grateful to be a part of the team, and am eager to continue to see ACS grow!
