Do I need to be home during cleaning?
While you're welcome to be present while we clean, we find our cleaners work more efficiently without distractions.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
We bring everything with us. If you have preferred cleaning products or a vacuum or mop you would like used in your home, this can be arranged with ACS prior to the service.
When am I charged for services and how can I pay?
An invoice will be sent to you via email at the end of the working day. Payment is accepted through EMT only, and is due upon receipt.

Will ACS pick up and organize my clutter?
Tidying and de-cluttering personal items is considered an add-on service. We are happy to provide this, given it is arranged prior to your appointment.
I have a sensitivity to smells. Can this be accommodated?
Some of the products we use are scented, however if you would like to provide your own unscented supplies, we are happy to accommodate.
Why didn't my cleaner dust my TV?
At ACS we do not dust/clean TV's or any other tech as it is a liability issue.
Why should I choose ACS over a solo cleaner?
Not only do we strive to use green cleaning products, we also provide services within our Standard Clean that other companies consider an add-on service. We treat every clean like a "deep" clean, and our cleaners are trained to uphold this standard. We pride ourselves on our customer service, and quality standards and personal touch.
How often can I book a service with ACS?
We offer one time, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly appointments.
How many ACS cleaners should I expect in my home?
You will have one ACS cleaner assigned to your home for all of your appointments. If your cleaner is unavailable due to illness or an emergency, you have the option of another ACS cleaner filling in. Alternatively, you can reschedule.
Are ACS cleaners trained?
All of our cleaners are extensively trained to Amelia's personal standards. ACS also ensures that every cleaner is subjected to a background check prior to joining our team.
Why didn't my cleaner do my dishes?
At ACS we do not offer dish washing or loading/unloading of dishwashers. Sinks must be emptied in order to be cleaned. We also do not offer laundry service at this time.
